Thermal imaging is one of the most valuable diagnostic tools for predictive maintenance. By detecting anomalies often invisible to the naked eye, thermography allows us to identify potential problems before they happen. Using the latest technology our engineers will carry out a survey while all equipment or services are ‘under load’ or being used without the need to shut down services and with minimal disruption. The images are then downloaded into a report analysing equipment and temperatures recorded whereby then we can give a list of any maintenance recommendations.
A bespoke control panel built and installed to allow a commercial customer to monitor electricity usage across several different distribution boards across their site. The monitoring equipment links to online software which can then be used to work out how many kWh’s are used every month on warehouse lighting, and how much the site heating and ventilation is costing to run. This data has then helped us analyse areas to site where savings can be made to cut down their base running costs – lighting timers & sensors, LED lighting, heating loads, etc.
